The company Frey Medical Technologies AG was founded by a certain number of investors who have a large experience in different business areas related to intellectual property and new technologies.

Since 2002, investors have marked an active interest in low-cost technologies in the field of aesthetic medicine, carrying out their research of such technologies throughout the world. Along with other forms of their activities, they were actively interested in the situation of the market of medical services in the field of treatments without drugs. For the first time at the Forum EMA Invest in Geneva in 2003, investors discovered a range of medical techniques, including Russian ones. At this international forum Russia, among many other projects, presented the project of the clinic «Reduction of body weight and sports medicine». This project won the first place in the contest of investment projects. At this moment a group of investors got interested in this project. The same year, at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, the method won a gold medal.

Afterwards, these investors closely watched the implementation of this project of a network of clinics on the territory of Russia. Time has shown the high efficiency of the developed methods of treatment and by the year 2007 Russian inventors have opened three medical centres, which worked on patented technology. These centres instantly enjoyed a huge success and became widely known both in Russia and abroad!
By 2007 positive changes occurred in the Russian legislation concerning the field of protection of rights on objects of intellectual property. The investment rating of Russia also increased. Then, the investors have held successful talks with Russian inventors about the transfer of patented technologies. As a result occurred the transfer of rights on several patents and trademarks.
