One of the shareholders and directors of the company Frey Medical Technologies AG is Mr. René Meier, who has its own consulting company and has been for many years a top manager of one of the world's largest companies. He was namely the director of the company Nestle in several countries, particularly in Argentina, Venezuela, Australia and Switzerland. In 2003 he took part into the setting up, in Moscow, of the factory «Sladko». The same year, he founded his own consulting company in Switzerland. He also owns his very successful brand of chocolate in the form of a Swiss knife.

Frey Medical Technologies AG decided to put its headquarter in Switzerland because the market of medical services in Switzerland is very well developed and Swiss clinics are well known around the world.
